Originally from Kansas City, Tricia Gold is a dynamic entrepreneur, real estate leader, and speaker who has built her career around growth, resilience, and intentional success.

In 2005, Tricia and her family made the bold decision to leave the corporate lifestyle behind and relocate full-time to the Vail Valley. There, she founded Vail Valley Getaway, a luxury rental and home care property management company that quickly became a respected name in the market.

Prior to that, Tricia owned Property Boss, LLC, a long-term luxury rental company she scaled into the largest of its kind in the valley. Under her leadership, the company generated just under $1,000,000 in annual revenue before she successfully sold the business. In 2019, Tricia and her family sold the management side of Vail Valley Getaway to Moving Mountains and transitioned into operating solely as a luxury resort booking agency.

With a Master’s Degree in Management and a strong background in corporate sales and marketing—including roles with Hallmark and Abbott Laboratories—Tricia brings both strategic insight and real-world experience to her work. Her entrepreneurial spirit and sales expertise led to a seamless transition into real estate, where she quickly became a top-producing broker, closing an average of over $25 million annually.

Tricia specializes in real estate as an investment and is known for advising clients on remodeling, budgeting, and home staging to maximize returns. Her professional, client-first approach and deep market knowledge have earned her consistent top rankings and industry recognition.
